Slitting Process Description:

According to the physical characteristics of the semi-finished rolls of polyurethane foam after Coating, the pneumatically controlled rolling blade slitting machine is selected for slitting of the substrate to reduce the multi-layer structure damage of the cutting surface caused by friction between the material and the cutting knife; By introducing tensile deformation parameters of the material, high-speed precise slitting and the tolerance is ±0.2mm.

Different slitting methods can be selected according to the material ,we use extrusion slitting and shearing slitting base on different material during slitting process., and the slitting accuracy can reach ±0.5mm
